Online retail store Vape Club has won the award for best online store at the first Vape Business Awards held on July 3, 2019 in London.

Its sister concern Vape Base has bagged the top award in the wholesale category.

Dan Marchant, co-owner, said: “Vape Club was born out of a desire to provide an informative and efficient online shop for smokers looking to make the switch to vaping, but we wanted to extend that into a brand experience.

“It is not always an easy transition to make and choosing the product that will work best for you can be mind boggling. What one person loves doesn’t necessarily work for the next, which opens up a whole world of possibilities which we can tap into and focus on. This is where Vape Club is different from other retailers – we’re not just an online shop, we’re more than that.”

Judges said: “This Watford-based winner has demonstrated great entrepreneurial instincts, aiming since its inception to help educate consumers with simple-to-digest information and a well-curated range of products.

“The winner’s motto is that “vaping is all about choice”. To this end, they have set about explaining the complex vaping world through an impressive array of creative in-house content, from videos  and blogs and from to guides and infographics. Riding the wave of the vape revolution, sales have increased 280 fold over the last five years.”
